Arrivals:
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Tardiness may affect the length of your scheduled service.
Cancellations:
We ask that you kindly give us 24 hours notice when canceling
your services. We reserve the right to charge 50% for services
canceled without 24 hour cancellation notice.
Cell Phones:
Our mission is to provide a relaxing atmosphere for
everyone; thus, we request that cell phones be shut
off or silenced during service.
Valuables:
Please refrain from bringing any valuables to the salon.
Bell‘anima will not be responsible for lost or stolen items,
chemical damage to clothing, handbags, or any personal items.
Children:
To ensure efficiency and safety of everyone, children are not
permitted in salon or spa area.
Payment Types:
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. Personal checks are accepted.
There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.
Gift Certificates & Gift Cards:
Are exchangeable for other services but are not refundable
and have no cash value. Lost or stolen certificates or gift
cards cannot be replaced by the salon if personal information
is not provided at the time of purchase.
Service: Due to the nature of our service(s), refunds are not available.
We proudly stand behind our work and if for any reason you are not satisfied,
please bring it our attention within seven days of the service and we will
do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
